Yup, I still got it First I had two guys fighting over me.....actual punches thrown fighting, then last night there was apparently three men trying to get my attention. Unfortunately I don't realize when men are attracted to me. Unless you are tapping me on the shoulder and offering your services to me, I probably won't think anything of it. I really need to work on that. It doesn't happen that often though so it is understandable that I would be a little slow on the draw. After the miserable week I had last week, these last two occurences have boosted my self esteem to unbelievable heights. I must be prettier than I think I am. Or maybe these guys just don't look further than my chest. Either way, I'm not complaining. posted by Beth 11:29 PM . . . Thursday, June 05, 2003 Holy arachnid, Batman I was sitting in Arby's. Something was itchy. I discreetly glanced down my shirt. Then I not so discreetly thrust my hand down my shirt yelling, get out get out get out get out! There was a tick crawling around inside my bra!! This is the third tick I have found crawling on me (first on my tit, tho) since I started working at my place of employment. I think they are coming off the tree that overhangs the walk outside of work. Eww.....now I'm all itchy and paranoid that I have blood sucking creatures all over my body. Maybe I'll ask Trevor to check me for ticks, wink wink. posted by Beth 6:53 PM . . . Wednesday, June 04, 2003 Vindictive bitch Yes, I am a vindictive bitch and I don't give a fuck who knows it. Does that sound bitter?? Good. I am bitter. I admit it freely. Lately my days have been spent wishing evil on others. Is it wrong to wish something dreadful on someone just so that person will be forced to live with the memory of their indisgression for the rest of their natural life?? It is? Hmm.....I don't care. On a brighter note, I had a 200% show at work today! Woohoo. And I'm on my way to a little romance I think. Someone held my hand today. I like having a hand to hold....makes me feel all warm and fuzzy or some crap. posted by Beth 11:26 PM . . . I'm a slacker.... A truly over due thank you to Dan for sending me that kick ass Cd. It's just good to hear songs that you can relate to and see how others expressed the same gut-wrenching emotions that you are feeling at the moment. So thanks. It came at a good time. Now you can safely say that you waited in vain. That so-called sure thing never quite happened. Maybe a big investment just went down the drain, but you can't really be angry. Relief comes as a welcome surprise. This is your day of liberation. For the first time in a while, you're really and truly free. A dizzying range of opportunities opens up before you. Your only regret is that you didn't come here sooner. Next time you'll know. posted by Beth 9:04 PM . . . East side love is living in the West End Death Factory is one of the worst movies ever made.
