UpdateI lost 3.2lbs. Good, but I'm not gonna get too excited just yet. Hopefully I won't gain next week and start this vicious cycle all over again. That would suck.In totally unrelated news, I got my hair cut....again. Shorter, but not as short as it has been in the past. I've been told it's sassy. I like it so far even if I do have to use a flat iron. I'm missing that girly gene that makes using machinery for hair styling easy. I'm getting better at it though. posted by Beth 6:42 PM . . . Thursday, September 13, 2007 I'm so coreI switched this week from the Flex Plan to Core. I've hit a wall and keep losing and gaining the same 1.2lbs. It's getting really frustrating. It started happening at week 26. I gained 1.8. I wasn't that down about it since I went 25 weeks with constant weight loss. The next week I lost 3.2lbs! Woohoo. Unfortunately, the next week I gained 1.2. Then I lost 1.2. Then I gained 1.2. Bah! I'm hoping switching to Core will jump start me and get me on track again. I'll let you know what happens.What's funny is I said, "I'm sooo core" at work the other day and one of the guys thought it was some kind of new slang. He went around saying it all day.
